In 2002, its manufacturing unit received the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Certificate for adhering to global production standards. The company is now ISO certified and holds a CRISIL rating.

About manufacturing

The in-house R&D division conducts tests for basic research, new product development, and quality improvement, with workshops involving experts from India and abroad. Their Panchakarma Therapists Training program offers a nine-month course, combining theory and practical sessions. Additionally, Dhanwanthari runs Ayurvedi, a Continuous Medical Education (CME) forum for doctors, helping them stay updated on advancements in medical science. The Aniyan Sir Memorial Finishing School provides junior doctors with practical experience in treatment and Ayurvedic medicine production. Dhanwanthari’s DIPUM project focuses on public utility medicine, making primary healthcare accessible and affordable. Their research extends to new Ayurvedic products for various diseases, including coronary vascular diseases, migraine, and arthritis. They also prioritize the development of safe personal care products and maintain a rich herbal garden at their head office for cultivation.
