Prishta vasthi is a procedure which is told in Ayurveda for whole spine pain and stiffness , especially in cases of chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and disc issues. If whole spine is effected the prishta vasthi is indicated. In this a dough ring is created which cover whole the spine and warm medicated oil is been poured and kept for sudation.
